Midwest Personalized Oncology Program Partners
Southeast Nebraska Cancer Center - Provides central staff, will administer and will establish the Midwest Personalized Oncology Program in an alliance with the local medical community and patients. SNCC will provide MPOP representatives for patient recruitment, consenting, tissue procurement and program implementation.
Lancaster County Medical Society - Assists the program through community relations and coordinating partnership within the medical community.
Pathology Medical Services - Coordinates with MPOP during the pathology testing process; as a pioneer MPOP partner, assisted in program development.
Nebraska Hematology-Oncology, P.C. - Medical Oncology practice in Lincoln that is partnering with MPOP.
National Program Affiliates
H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute - Houses the NFGC, provides research personnel and R&D infrastructure, integrates program with clinical practices in Florida, supplies seed funds for research studies.
NFGC - Provides the scientific and administrative framework for translational research to speed development of new personalized diagnostic tests and therapies. Housed at the Moffitt Cancer Center.
Vanderbilt Medical Center - Provides support the NFGC with advanced proteomic mass spectrometry instruments and techniques.
Maui High Performance Computing Center - Provides supercomputing, data storage/retrieval facilities and computational expertise.
